Refund Overview
1. General Policy
If you are not satisfied with an EverGray Tech software product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. EverGray Tech aims to be fair and reasonable, taking into account the nature of the issue, the timing of the request, and any relevant product or licensing circumstances.
3. Product Support First
If you encounter a bug, activation problem, or other product issue, please reach out first. In many cases, a quick support exchange can resolve the problem without the need for a refund.
4. Abuse Prevention
Refunds may be declined in cases of repeated refund requests, abuse of the policy, fraudulent activity, or misuse of license access. EverGray Tech will aim to apply this standard reasonably and in good faith.
5. Consulting and Custom Work
This Refund Policy applies to software products sold by EverGray Tech unless otherwise stated. Custom development, consulting, advisory services, or other bespoke client work may be governed by separate written agreements and are not automatically covered by this software refund policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email Support@EverGrayTech.com and include your purchase details along with a brief description of the issue or reason for the request.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Timing may vary depending on the provider and payment method used.
